I'm a Project Manager who leads from the front — not from a spreadsheet. Complex programs, distributed teams, tight timelines: I bring order to chaos and take full ownership of what gets shipped. PMP® and CSM certified.

Currently the lead PM on a $5M+ Amplitude analytics program at Merkle — 20+ people spanning strategy, engineering, QA, and analytics. I built the entire operating model from scratch: governance, ways of working, delivery rhythm. Before that, five years at Havas CX running enterprise programs for KPMG, TELUS, Manulife, SCENE+, PNC Bank, and G Adventures.

Outside of work, I'm a founder. SecureNest is my smart home security business, and there's more coming. I believe the best operators eventually build their own table.
