I lead complex programs and build things that last.

I lead a $5M+ analytics program at Merkle, built the operating model from scratch, and spent five years delivering enterprise work for brands like TELUS, KPMG, and Manulife. Outside work, I build with the same bias for clarity, execution, and taste.

About

I operate best in complex environments: large programs, distributed teams, unclear paths, and high expectations. My role is to create clarity, build trust, and keep delivery moving when the stakes are real.

At Merkle, I lead a $5M+ analytics program across strategy, engineering, QA, and analytics, and I built the operating model that holds it together. Before that, I spent five years at Havas CX delivering enterprise work for KPMG, TELUS, Manulife, SCENE+, PNC Bank, and G Adventures.

Outside work, I build. SecureNest is a live home security business. Relay is a privacy-first browser extension. I care about execution, but just as much about taste: how a system feels, how a product reads, and whether the experience earns trust.

Proof of work

15+ major TELUS releases shipped on time. 98% client satisfaction sustained across a multi-year transformation. Budget variance stayed within ±5% on a $4M+ portfolio.

Work

A few roles that shaped how I operate: building systems from zero, aligning complex teams, and delivering under pressure without making the work feel heavy.

Tools & Tech

  • Agresso
  • Kantata
  • Google Workspace
  • MS Project
  • Resource utilization up 25% — surfaced capacity gaps that were invisible before the system existed
  • Cut PMO onboarding time by 20% with playbooks and checklists people actually used
  • Created the documentation foundation the PM team relied on for years after

What I learned

Operations work is invisible when it's done right. I learned to build systems for people who don't know they need them yet — and make them so simple, everyone thinks it was obvious.

Tools & Tech

  • Jira
  • Slack
  • Google Workspace
  • Figma
  • 15+ websites delivered with 100% client approval — no exceptions
  • Built async-first team processes for a fully distributed workforce across time zones
  • Reduced project costs ~10% by eliminating redundancy in handoff and review cycles

What I learned

Remote teams don't fail because of distance — they fail because of unclear ownership. Over-document, under-assume, always confirm the last 10%.

Operating Principles

The way I work matters as much as the outcomes: calm under pressure, sharp on structure, and obsessive about the details people usually feel before they notice.

Build the system, not just the plan.

Good delivery gets a project across the line. Great delivery leaves behind a rhythm, a language, and a way of working that still holds when the pressure spikes.

Clarity should feel expensive.

The best operators simplify without flattening. The right update, the right decision frame, or the right interface can make complex work feel improbably clean.

Taste is part of execution.

I care about the finish, not just the function. Whether it is a program, a client experience, or a product, people remember how confidently it was put together.

Focus

Not an exhaustive tool list. Just the capabilities I rely on most when the work is complex, visible, and worth getting right.

What I'm Building

A small portfolio of products and businesses shaped the same way I lead programs: with clarity, restraint, and a bias toward execution.

I'm most useful when the stakes are high, the scope is messy, and someone needs to create structure fast. If that sounds like your team, or you just want to talk through something thoughtful, I'd be glad to connect.
